How To: Get paid with a Pure Romance business!
The biggest question we get when offering the opportunity is, "How do I get paid?" I'm about to share with you the many ways to get paid as a Pure Romance Advanced Consultant at a 40% DISCOUNT! Number 1: ON THE SPOT!
When Sally walks up to me and says, "Hey, Tamara, I would like a bottle of Coochy Shave Cream." I tell her, "Okay, that will be $28.89!" She pays me the $28.89 and I hand her the Coochy Shave Cream! I just made back my tax and shipping amount I paid to have it sent to me AND I made $8 right there on the spot! When Jane has a party with 5 buying guests that spend a total of $600, before tax and shipping, we get $240 profit!
Number 2: A personal sales bonus!
The average Pure Romance party is $500! So, when a consultant has 10 average parties in one month she opens up a whole new way to get paid! At $5,000 in personal retail sales in a month a consultant gets 2.5% cash back which would be at least an EXTRA $125! That's almost 2 water bills at our house! At $7,500 in personal retail sales, a consultant gets 5% cash back which would be at least an EXTRA $375! That's an electric bill at our house! At $10,000 in personal retail sales, a consultant gets 10% cash back which would be at least an EXTRA $1,000! That's a nice little bonus if you ask me! Last but not least, when you reach $20,000 in personal retail sales, a consultant gets 15% cash back which would be at least an EXTRA $3,000! That's half our house payment for the YEAR! What could you do with an EXTRA $125 - $3,000 in ONE MONTH?? Number 3: get paid for your team members!
We start getting paid on our team as soon as they join and become active as long as we reach our monthly requirements (which will be described HERE at a later date.) Just know that the monthly requirements are SUPER easy to achieve if you're having at least one party or event per month! When a team member has any amount of sales for the month we get 2% of their sales! It does not come OUT of their sales, but corporate writes us a BONUS check on the 10th of each month that includes the amount from example number 2 PLUS this amount! So, for example if a team member has $500 in sales for the month we get $10! Most people would think $10 isn't a lot, but it's $10 we didn't have before! The percentage increases as we move up in the company! The highest amount possible from our 1st downline, or consultants that join through our personal link, is 6%! So, that $500 party would now be a bonus of $30 instead of just $10!
Number 4: A Lifestyle Bonus! This is cash money added to our monthly bonus check that I mentioned in number 3! When we reach the level of Senior Consultant, which is ONE step above Advanced Consultant, we get a lifestyle bonus of $100! The lifestyle bonuses also increase as we move up in the company! The highest lifestyle bonus is $1,200! There's nothing better than EXTRA money! Number 5: Paid for our team's teams!
As we move up in the company we also get paid for the work our team's team members put in! Again, these amounts don't come out of their paychecks, but instead right from corporate! It's nice to have a little extra income coming in and these are great ways to get paid!
